Below are one week's worth (Jun 1-7, 2021) of Level 3 soil moisture retrieval and other geophysical output fields derived from L-band brightness temperatures from SMAP and SMOS. All granules share the same structure, metadata, and field names, thus promoting harmonized use of soil moisture estimates despite the underlying instrument and observation geometry differences between the two sensors. The production of the entire 2010-2022 L-band soil moisture record from SMAP and SMOS has been completed, resulting in ~480 GB or 14,000+ granules in netCDF 4.7.4, arranged by sensors and 6:00 am / 6:00 pm passes.
